REIKI ENERGY HEALING
Who can reiki help?
Everyone can benefit! It is a part of self-care. Just as some get their hair or nails done, you should also be cleansing your energy regularly.
Reiki is Energy! As everyone knows energy is all around us. Talk therapy sometimes only goes so far. Reiki is a form of therapy relating to energy healing. It works with the energy fields around the body and involves the transfer of energy from the practitioner's palms to the client.

SALT SANCTUARY
Formally the Peoria Himalayan Salt Cave
Come see us to enjoy your new salt therapy session! Halotherapy involves breathing in salt particles to improve breathing. It can treat respiratory symptoms, allergies, skin conditions, stress relief, general well-being and more!
We have several Sound Bath events and a 30 minute Sound Bath every Tuesday at 6:15pm.
Sound Baths are a meditative practice involving the use of sound waves through music. This creates an immersive sound that fills the room and the body, aiming to help people relax and let go of any stress or worries or concerns, allowing them to move forward to heal.

The New Moon is known as a time to initiate new beginnings. Each gathering is slightly different and geared towards the months moon. Astrology, journaling and setting new intentions, sound bath and more.
A Full Moon allows us to evaluate where we are at, assess situations, cleanse your life and recharge your energy levels. We will discuss astrology, meditation, reiki healing cleansing our energy, movement, get rid of what no longer serves us.
ASTROLOGY
Astrology can be used as a type of counseling that gives you astrological insights to help you address emotional, mental, and spiritual challenges.
Our two astrologist- Debbie and Abby- take your astrology session to another level to bring forward positive information to help you in the direction of your correct path!
MASSAGE
Massage can reduce stress, increase relaxation, reduce pain and muscular soreness and tension, improve circulation, energy, alertness, decrease blood pressure and heart rate, and enhance immunological function.
My Journey…
Hello Everyone!
My youngest, who is now five, was born with a hole in his heart (atrial septal defect). He has always struggled a little more to get over respiratory infections due to this. In December 2019, he was hospitalized. For six days, I held him in my arms in the hospital bed, never leaving his side. This was by far the worst he has ever been. I had never seen him struggle so much to breathe or get to the point he was actually placed on oxygen. At one point in the ICU, there was even talk about putting him on a ventilator. It was the hardest experience of my life not knowing if my son was going to make it. I found myself confused and questioning everything : my life, my relationships, my job. I couldn’t help but think why me? Why us? Why Easton? I’ve honestly never been a super religious person. I believe in God, but I don’t quite make it to church as often as I should. I found myself praying all day long, pleading with God for a miracle.
Each day, I posted on Facebook updating friends and family on how Easton’s day went. I never expected the amount of people who reached out sending thoughts and prayers. The love and support from strangers, people I hardly knew, to family and friends was amazing. Easton’s name had been placed on several prayer lists all over.
My Aunt Kim, who is a pastor, came to our hospital room a few days into our stay to pray for Easton. I will never forget this day. This was the first night Easton showed improvement. I will forever be grateful. Day by day, Easton got better and returned to his normal, happy self. Seeing how everyone came together made me realize the power of prayer and this is where my journey began…
I turned to self-love, finding myself, and searching for my path in life. I became certified as an Angel Reiki Master Teacher. Intuitive Reiki and Reiki are alternative ways of healing. I hope to help as many people as I can through energy healing.
